Fine Art Print "Spice Merchant"
Frozen in his gaze is the 1600's spice merchant Cornelis van der Geest. His portrait is reborn with vibrant colors and the energetic strokes of chalk pastel—a contrast to the baroque style that initially encapsulated him.

Paper
Years ago, I visited a Hokusai exhibit on my trip to Tokyo. Before leaving, I bought several prints of his work from the gallery shop. I was in love with the prints, particularly the quality of the paper. I knew that one day when I offered prints, I would want them to aspire to this caliber of quality. And so, after visiting many print shops and scrapping many batches of test prints, I proudly present to you this Spice Merchant print on Premier Hot Press 325 paper.
Size
My goal was to offer prints that are as close as possible to the original drawing in color, clarity, and size. This is why the print size is 5.25 inches x 8.25 inches.
